1.N-TGD use
1.1 N-TGD wire tape bucket elevator (hereinafter referred to TGD) has a transmission capacity, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable, long life, high lift and other characteristics.
1.2 machine is suitable for dry bulk powder material or a small vertical conveying granular materials.
1.3 are widely used in cement, chemicals, coal, electricity, ports, food and other industries delivery systems. Especially recommended for the kiln kiln feed conveying cement production lines, large-scale raw meal silo, cement silo storage material handling systems and large milling material closed loop delivery of high load, completely replace similar imported equipment.

4. Structure Overview
This series hoist mainly by the driving portion of the head, standard section, non-festival, with doors section, tail, pulling pieces, hoppers, connection box, connecting plate, level meter and other components. The platform can be configured according to the design requirements or users. The machine is equipped with level meter, speed switch, deviation switches and other safety devices as conventional configuration.
4.1 drive section - This section consists of motor, hydraulic coupling, reducer part machine, backstop and drive bracket and so on. Selection of a single height exceeding 45m or particularly important for the production workshop, or use the hoist when the large size, the general recommendations of auxiliary drive system for low maintenance or installation.
4.2 Head - The head part by the cabinet, the spindle, the main drive roller and the bearing and other components.

4.8 deviation switch - deviation switch installed in the head and tail about two end faces, when the tape deviation exceeds the limit, the switch sends a signal, first turn off the hoist pre-feeding equipment, empty hopper to be lifted after the stop, check Belt deviation reason, be excluded.
4.9 traction member and hopper - This section is composed of a hopper, bolts, washers and plastic components.
